In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you to discuss your options.
If an item is unavailable, it may be substituted with a like-for-like alternative (e.g., a different size or colour). If no suitable alternative is available, you will receive a refund via internet banking or a partial refund through the DPS payment system for the out-of-stock item. Where possible, we may be able to supply the item at a later date and will be in touch if this option is available.
We will contact you prior to dispatching your order if your order requires additional tickets due to excessive size or weight, or the wrong freight option has been inadvertently selected. Please note that Waiheke Island and Stewart Island are deemed as rural and require the appropriate Island rural ticket selected. The Chatham Islands will require quoting and the freight is once a week. Also note, there are some items which require us to quote you for freight.
All prices shown are in NZ dollars, and include GST.
We are unable to provide item returns, refunds or credits except to the extent required by consumer law.
We are however happy to exchange items in-store that are in a resalable condition (at the discretion of Haines Hunter Taupo staff) for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.
