Haines Hunter has been progressively shifting to vacuum-infusion production, starting with the 485’s internal liner and now including the 725’s hardtop. This advanced process delivers lighter, stronger components with consistent quality, reduced resin use, and faster production—cutting around 80 hours from manufacturing the 725 hardtop. The technique creates a carbon composite structure with improved fibre-to-resin ratios (up to 55%), enhancing strength, stability, and weight distribution. It’s also cleaner, more precise, and supports more complex designs. Future improvements, like reusable silicone vacuum bags, will make the process even more efficient—reinforcing Haines Hunter’s commitment to continuous innovation and ensuring “The Ride Just Gets Better.”

This package is loading with Factory extras including: Bait Board, Fridge, Ultralon U-Dek Marine Decking, Baitboard, Enclosed Head/Wet Locker, Pressure Freshwater System, Windscreen Wiper Port & Starboard, Centre Infill Squab, Chemical Toilet/Porta Potty, Saltwater Washdown, Removable Cockpit Table. The making of a Haines Hunter takes time but the process results in a boat of superior strength, rigidity and longevity - ideal for fishing and family adventure. In accordance with CPC compliance, all Haines Hunter recreational boats come with a 5-Year Structural Hull Warranty. Components / Parts: 1 Year Warranty. Cosmetic: 1 Year Warranty. Engine manufacturer warranty. At the time of sale, the trailer will be provided with a new Warrant of Fitness and Registration, ensuring it is road-legal and ready for immediate use — unless otherwise stated in the Sales and Purchase Agreement. I had the pleasure recently of purchasing a Haines Hunter SF545 Limited edition from Haines Hunter Taupo. The transaction and service I received was outstanding, Brock, Jane, Mike and Terry were outstanding to deal with... The experience was efficient and without any problems, the boat was showroom condition and represented great value. I am happy to say that the boat performs well above expectations, and in my opinion feels like a much larger boat.
I will return in the future and purchase another Haines Hunter.
