From there we would assess the market value, and estimate costs if required for the boat to be ready for its new owners. This is all listed on the on-behalf agreement/contract which relates back to a net figure. The contract is signed by both parties, for a period of 90 days exclusive right to sell. Providing we can achieve a sale that works within the confines of the agreement, we will just proceed and do so. After the period of 90 days, if we don’t receive any strong inquiries/ leads on your boat we will get in touch with you to re-evaluate your options. Upon sale, we will endeavour to make payments within two weeks.
